You can also notify us through your customer account. Sign in using the email address from your order, select the order and items, and confirm the cancellation or return request. You receive an email acknowledging your request. Your statutory withdrawal does not depend on our subsequent approval of return handling. You can still notify us by email or post.

Voluntary returns within 30 days

Notify us within 30 days after receiving the last item in your order if you wish to return unused products in their original condition and packaging. Then send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. If the last notification day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next working day. Contact us so we can provide the correct return instructions. You pay the direct return shipping cost. You can arrange shipping yourself or ask us about a prepaid label charged at its stated cost. We do not add an administration or restocking fee.

Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. Notify us clearly within the deadline by email or post using the contact details below. You can use the model notice below, but this is optional. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction only for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, and only where the legal requirements are met. Missing original packaging does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Different conditions for our voluntary 30-day return period do not restrict statutory rights.

Return shipping and refunds

Ask us for the appropriate return address before arranging a return; the company address below is not automatically a warehouse address. Contacting us for instructions does not require us to approve your statutory withdrawal. Pack the goods securely and keep proof of dispatch. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the estimated direct return cost must be provided before the purchase; if legally required cost information was not provided, we will not pass that cost to you.

For statutory withdrawal, we refund the payment, including the cheapest standard outward delivery charge when the entire order is returned, without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. For voluntary returns outside the statutory period, we process the refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.

Faulty goods, incorrect deliveries and guarantee

Contact us with the order number and a description of the problem; photos may help but do not replace your rights. We cover necessary return costs for a valid complaint or incorrect delivery. Repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation are available in accordance with applicable consumer law. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing defects.

Statutory defect rights vary by country: Sweden generally provides three years; Norway two years, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer, such as furniture; Denmark two years. In Finland, liability depends on the product's reasonably expected lifespan and is not limited to the guarantee period. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect. A complaint made within two months after you discovered the defect is considered timely. Our additional one-year guarantee from delivery covers all products against manufacturing and other faults not caused by misuse or normal wear. The guarantee is valid in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland; JTI Ventures AB is the guarantor. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We arrange repair or replacement without charge; if this is not possible within a reasonable time, an appropriate price reduction or refund is provided. Your statutory defect rights remain free of charge and are not shortened by the guarantee.
